The Beatitudes Campus is a retirement community offering many different residential living options. Among them are independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and dementia services – a full continuum of care. We now offer Supportive Services to help empower independence and assist you or your loved one if needs change. Our goal is to provide more than housing and health care services – we offer a holistic approach to wellness and design our services for a wide spectrum of choice.
Patio Homes and Central Park Residential Living:
Our newest independent residential living apartments and patio homes range in size from 700 to 1,700 square feet and are designed with many modern amenities, beautiful landscaping, and garden areas. Also includes flexible dining program, scheduled transportation, bi-weekly housecleaning, weekly flat linen laundry service, wellness center, recreation programs, health care benefit for 180 days in assisted living care or 90 days skilled nursing and memory care, and supportive services.

North and South Plaza Residential Living:
Independent residential living with services and amenities including a flexible dining program, scheduled transportation, bi-weekly housecleaning, wellness center, recreation programs, access to assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care, and supportive services.

Plaza View Assisted Living:
Residential living with many supportive services including staff available 24-hours a day, three meals daily, weekly housecleaning, transportation coordination, and recreation and activities programs. A service plan is customized specifically for you or your family member. All 92 private apartments offer a large bathroom, generous closet space, and many are handicap accessible.

Health Care Center:
Our Health Care Center is known for its excellent care and person-directed practices. Whether short-term or long-term services are needed, our skilled nursing care is provided with compassion and respect, and we always have you or your family member’s wellness goals in mind. Services include several options to meet your unique needs.
Services Provided:
- Rehabilitation and Sub-Acute Care
- To assist you or a loved one with short-term rehabilitation after a recent surgery or acute illness. We are a Medicare-approved community and contract with several insurance plans and HMO’s.
- Skilled Nursing
- Full-time, 24-hour care is available for those who may need assistance with activities of daily living. Our person-directed approach assures you or your loved one will be involved in every aspect of your care.
- Respite Services
- This service allows family members a well-deserved break with peace of mind that your loved one will receive excellent care as a member of our community. Respite services are available up to 30 days.
- Dementia Support
- To meet the unique needs of your loved one, we offer nationally known and recognized services for individuals with moderate to severe Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementias. Our staff of specially trained nurses, activities, and social service professionals, utilize the "team approach" to caregiving, which includes family members and friends.
- End-of-Life Services
- For individuals who are experiencing end of life circumstances, our staff help coordinate with a number of health care practitioners and hospice organizations who help provide comfort during this very critical time of life. Services support the individual and your circle of loved-ones.
