Michelle started her career in aging services in 1997, was named President and CEO at Beatitudes Campus in January 2014 and has been very successfully leading the organization since that time. Having served the organization in a variety of leadership roles – marketing, fund development, public relations and health services since 2000 – Michelle has a unique vantage point and perspective that gives her a thorough understanding of the overall operations. In addition to being strategic and innovative. Michelle is a natural change agent who has moved the organization into financial stability and will lead it through a $100+ million redevelopment and renovation project, which is necessary for the future sustainability of the campus. Michelle clearly has the respect of her senior team and has attracted outside talent to augment the team and fill some gaps. The Board has a great deal of respect for Michelle and the senior team. The staff/Board relationship is very strong.
