Gifts of Stock or Securities
If you own securities, bonds or mutual fund shares you have held more than one year, transferring them to Beatitudes Campus Foundation may provide you with savings on capital gains and income taxes. You may also designate your gift to support a particular fund. The following funds are allocated toward initiatives that align with the mission and vision of Beatitudes Campus Foundation:
Unrestricted Fund (Stetson Fund). Your gift to this fund supports innovation, enrichment and new opportunities that enhance daily life on campus — helping Beatitudes Campus continue to be a leader in senior living. This fund honors the generosity and legacy of resident Dorothy Stetson and her family.
This fund helps eligible residents who have outlived their financial resources continue to receive the housing and healthcare they need — offering stability and peace of mind, including for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
