Nina’s clinical and educational background includes being a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Assisted Living Manager and Social Worker. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in healthcare management. Nina has served in the field of aging services for 15 years and has a passion to transform every aspect of the aging experience for the better by fostering an environment where seniors thrive in every aspect of their life. Prior to joining Beatitudes, she was the Executive Director of the Colonnade. Nina is an active member of LeadingAge Arizona, an association of people and not-for-profit organizations that advocate and educate on issues related to the continuum of care for people over the age of 65, serving on several committees and task forces.  Nina is also a veteran of the US Army.
